Warranty & Returns – European Union

At Stryper Golf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In addition to your rights under EU and applicable national consumer law, we offer a 30-day returns policy.

30-day returns

You may return an eligible product for any reason by notifying us within 30 days of receiving it.

Please contact us before returning your order so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions and EU return address.

Once you have notified us of your return, please send the product back promptly and normally within 14 days.

Products should be returned complete, with all supplied parts and accessories and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.

You may inspect a product to establish its nature, characteristics and function. If it has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary and this reduces its value, an appropriate deduction may be made where permitted by law.

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we agree otherwise.

Where you exercise your statutory EU right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods, we will refund:

• the price paid for the returned goods; and
• the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.

Any additional amount paid for premium or express delivery is not normally refundable.

For returns made under our voluntary 30-day policy after the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, the original delivery charge is not normally refundable.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, we will process the refund within the legally required period and may wait until we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back.

Faulty or non-conforming products

Goods sold to consumers in the EU benefit from a minimum two-year legal guarantee of conformity, beginning when you receive the goods. Some EU countries provide additional or longer consumer protections.

If a product is faulty, does not work as advertised, is damaged when delivered or otherwise does not conform to your contract, please contact us.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be entitled to repair or replacement without charge or, where appropriate, a price reduction or refund.

Where goods are returned because they are faulty or non-conforming, Stryper Golf will bear the necessary return costs.

Stryper Golf stands behind the quality of its products. Products purchased from StryperGolf.com are supported for defects in materials or workmanship during normal use for at least two years from delivery.

This product support does not cover:

• normal wear and tear;
• cosmetic damage that does not affect normal use;
• accidental damage;
• loss or theft;
• misuse or neglect;
• inappropriate storage;
• unauthorised modifications or repairs; or
• damage resulting from use contrary to the supplied instructions.

We may request proof of purchase and reasonable information such as photographs when assessing a claim.

This product support is in addition to, and does not restrict, the legal guarantee or other mandatory consumer rights available in your EU country.

We keep sending and delivery-status records to resolve problems; provider acceptance is not proof of inbox delivery. Our order email templates do not include advertising or tracking pixels.

1. Products

We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Product images are illustrative and colours, appearance or packaging may vary slightly.

Product availability may differ between the UK, US and EU stores.

We may change or discontinue products where necessary.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency applicable to the market you have selected:

• GBP for the United Kingdom;
• USD for the United States; and
• EUR for the European Union.

Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be displayed as required before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order is accepted for fulfilment.

If we discover an obvious pricing or product-information error, we may contact you to correct or cancel the affected order and provide a refund where payment has already been taken.

3. Orders

After payment is confirmed and your order is accepted, we send an electronic order confirmation. We also email recorded dispatch and tracking updates, cancellation notices, return acknowledgements and refund updates where relevant. A refund request or return acknowledgement is not confirmation that money has been returned. Order confirmations are not statutory tax invoices.

Order emails come from info@strypergolf.com. Private order links expire after seven days; you can request a fresh link using your order number and checkout email address. Keep those links private, as anyone with a valid link can access the associated order. These service messages are separate from marketing and are not controlled by your optional cookie choices.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• a product is unavailable;
• payment cannot be authorised;
• there is an obvious pricing or listing error;
• we cannot deliver to the supplied address; or
• we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.

4. Delivery

Delivery options, estimated times and charges are shown during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates unless we specifically agree otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, but if a significant delay occurs we will provide any remedies required by applicable consumer law.

Please ensure that the delivery information supplied with your order is accurate.

5. Cancellations and returns

Your cancellation and return rights depend on your location and applicable consumer law.

UK and EU consumers purchasing online generally have the right to cancel eligible purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods, in addition to statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed products.

Some products or circumstances may be exempt where permitted by law.

Nothing in these terms limits any statutory consumer rights that apply to you.

6. Faulty products

Products must meet the standards required by applicable consumer law.

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described, please contact us so that we can arrange an appropriate remedy.

Your statutory rights are not affected by any separate commercial warranty we may provide.

7. Using Stryper products

Stryper products are golf training aids and should be used in accordance with the supplied instructions.

Always ensure that you have sufficient clear space to swing a golf club safely and that other people, animals and property are outside the swing and training area.

You are responsible for using products safely and appropriately.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful for us to do so.

8. Website use

You may use this website for lawful personal or business purchasing purposes.

You must not:

• interfere with the operation or security of the website;
• attempt unauthorised access to our systems;
• use automated systems to abuse or overload the website; or
• use website content in a way that infringes our or another person's rights.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our customers or our business.

Unless stated otherwise, the Stryper Golf website and its text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, designs and other content are owned by or licensed to Stryper Golf and/or the relevant Stryper rights holders.
