Physical references for more repeatable practice

See it. Set it. Repeat it.

Physical references that will revolutionise your game... With Practise

Golf training aids for repeatable stance, ball position and swing practice.

Choose what you want to make repeatable

Start with the problem you are actually trying to solve. If the problem is movement, start with SwingMate. If setup keeps drifting, start with StanceMate. If you want to control both, choose Stryper Plus. There is no compulsory sequence, and you do not need both products for either one to work.

Set a reference. Make swings. Observe contact, ball flight or simulator data. Adjust deliberately. When you find something that works, come back to the same reference next time.

  • SwingMate training system with two adjustable hinges and alignment rods

    Movement

    SwingMate

Train visible references for swing plane and path, hand/handle space and body rotation. Start with one simple rod. Reconfigure it as the fault changes — from a hand-path ceiling to a rotation checkpoint or club-exit boundary. Easy to start. Hard to outgrow.

  • StanceMate setup training aid for stance width and ball position

    Setup

    StanceMate

Measure and repeat stance width and ball position for the club you are practising. Start from your own body-based baseline, then fine-tune it from the shots you produce.

  • Stryper Plus with SwingMate and StanceMate training equipment arranged together on a golf practice surface

    Both

    Stryper Plus

Use SwingMate and StanceMate together when you want setup and movement references around the same ball position. It is the combined option, not a prerequisite.

    Shop Stryper Plus

Stop guessing. Start measuring.

Practice gets confusing when several things change at once. Move the ball a little, alter stance width, change hand path and chase a different swing feel, and it becomes hard to know which change actually helped.

Stryper gives you measurable physical reference points so you can change one variable, run reps and compare the result. Stance width and ball position stop being 'somewhere around here'. Plane, path, hand/handle delivery and rotation/body sequence stop existing only as words in your head. You have something visible to work against.

Lock the baseline. Train the movement. Keep what works. Then come back tomorrow and start from the same place instead of from memory.

StanceMate / Setup reference

A great swing is built on a solid, consistent foundation

StanceMate starts from your own neutral standing geometry rather than asking every golfer to fit the same printed mat. Your body gives you the starting width; the StanceMate markings turn that into a reference you can repeat and adjust to accurately address the ball for every club

  • With practice you can improve consistency of:
  • Stance Width for each club
  • Alignment of feet with the ball

Customer review / SwingMate

Five-star SwingMate feedback from Chris, describing practice with a draw reference

Started my practice hitting consistent slices, then used Stryper kit set to “Draw” for about 10 shots. Took it off, hit 3 pull draws, and then continued into consistent shots... What a game-changer!

It will become a big part of my coaching tool box.

As a coach, having a training aid that helps players set up with a high level of repeatability — and provides feedback to swinging the club on a functional and consistent swing plane — is something that is hugely beneficial to any golfer.

The fact that it can be used indoors and outdoors is also great. Might just become one of my new favourites.
