Returns & 1-Year Limited Warranty – United States

We want you to be happy with your Stryper Golf purchase. Products purchased from StryperGolf.com are covered by our 30-day return policy and the 1-Year Limited Warranty described below.

These terms are in addition to any rights you may have under applicable federal or state law.

30-day returns

You may return an eligible product for any reason within 30 days of delivery.

Please contact us before sending your return so that we can provide return instructions and the appropriate US return address.

To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the product should be returned:

• complete with its supplied parts and accessories;
• in good condition; and
• in its original packaging where reasonably possible.

There is no restocking fee for eligible returns.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is normally responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are normally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we will issue the applicable refund to the original payment method.

Damaged, defective or incorrect products

If your product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us so that we can put things right.

Where we confirm that a product is defective, damaged in transit or incorrectly supplied, we will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return shipping costs.

1-Year Limited Warranty

Warrantor: Unusual Imports Ltd, trading as Stryper Golf.

Stryper Golf warrants products purchased directly from StryperGolf.com against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one year from the original date of delivery.

During the warranty period, if we determine that a product has a covered defect, we will, at our discretion and without charge:

• repair the product;
• replace the defective component;
• replace the product with the same or a reasonably equivalent product; or
• where an appropriate repair or replacement is not reasonably available, provide a refund or other appropriate remedy.

What is not covered

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

• normal wear and tear;
• cosmetic damage that does not affect normal operation;
• accidental damage;
• loss or theft;
• misuse, abuse or neglect;
• inappropriate storage;
• damage caused by unauthorised modification or repair; or
• damage resulting from use contrary to the supplied instructions.

We may ask you to provide proof of purchase, photographs and other reasonable information needed to evaluate the claim.

Where a claim is accepted under this Limited Warranty, Stryper Golf will cover reasonable shipping costs associated with the warranty remedy.

Your legal rights

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

Nothing in this warranty excludes or limits any implied warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable federal or state law.

1. Products

We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Product images are illustrative and colours, appearance or packaging may vary slightly.

Product availability may differ between the UK, US and EU stores.

We may change or discontinue products where necessary.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency applicable to the market you have selected:

• GBP for the United Kingdom;
• USD for the United States; and
• EUR for the European Union.

Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be displayed as required before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order is accepted for fulfilment.

If we discover an obvious pricing or product-information error, we may contact you to correct or cancel the affected order and provide a refund where payment has already been taken.

3. Orders

After payment is confirmed and your order is accepted, we send an electronic order confirmation. We also email recorded dispatch and tracking updates, cancellation notices, return acknowledgements and refund updates where relevant. A refund request or return acknowledgement is not confirmation that money has been returned. Order confirmations are not statutory tax invoices.

Order emails come from info@strypergolf.com. Private order links expire after seven days; you can request a fresh link using your order number and checkout email address. Keep those links private, as anyone with a valid link can access the associated order. These service messages are separate from marketing and are not controlled by your optional cookie choices.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• a product is unavailable;
• payment cannot be authorised;
• there is an obvious pricing or listing error;
• we cannot deliver to the supplied address; or
• we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.

4. Delivery

Delivery options, estimated times and charges are shown during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates unless we specifically agree otherwise.

Stryper products are golf training aids and should be used in accordance with the supplied instructions.

Always ensure that you have sufficient clear space to swing a golf club safely and that other people, animals and property are outside the swing and training area.

You are responsible for using products safely and appropriately.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful for us to do so.

You must not:

• interfere with the operation or security of the website;
• attempt unauthorised access to our systems;
• use automated systems to abuse or overload the website; or
