Warranty & Returns – United Kingdom

At Stryper Golf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In addition to your statutory consumer rights, we offer a 30-day returns policy and a 1-year Stryper Golf warranty on products purchased from StryperGolf.com.

30-day returns

You may return an eligible product for any reason within 30 days of receiving it.

Please contact us before returning your order so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Products should be returned complete, with all supplied parts and accessories and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.

You may inspect a product as you reasonably would in a shop. If an item has been used or handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function, we may reduce the refund to reflect any resulting loss in value where permitted by law.

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product unless we agree otherwise.

If you exercise your statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, we will also refund the cost of our standard delivery option. Any additional cost for premium or express delivery is not normally refundable.

For returns made under our voluntary 30-day policy after the statutory cancellation period, the original delivery charge is not normally refundable.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Where the statutory cancellation right applies, refunds will be made within the timescales required by law.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

If your product arrives damaged, is faulty, is not as described or we have sent you the wrong item, please contact us.

Where the product does not meet the standards required by UK consumer law, we will provide the remedy to which you are legally entitled. This may include a refund, repair or replacement depending on the circumstances.

We will pay reasonable return costs where goods are returned because they are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise do not conform to the contract.

1-year Stryper Golf warranty

In addition to your statutory rights, Stryper Golf products purchased from StryperGolf.com are covered by a 1-year commercial warranty from the date of delivery.

The warranty covers faults arising from defects in materials or workmanship during normal and appropriate use.

If a covered fault occurs during the warranty period, we will normally repair the product, provide a replacement product or replacement component, or provide another appropriate remedy.

The warranty does not cover:

• normal wear and tear;
• cosmetic damage that does not affect normal use;
• accidental damage;
• loss or theft;
• damage caused by misuse, neglect or inappropriate storage;
• damage caused by unauthorised modification or repair; or
• damage resulting from use contrary to the supplied instructions.

We may ask for proof of purchase and photographs or other reasonable information to help assess a warranty claim.

This commercial warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights and does not limit or replace your rights under UK consumer law.

1. Products

We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Product images are illustrative and colours, appearance or packaging may vary slightly.

Product availability may differ between the UK, US and EU stores.

We may change or discontinue products where necessary.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency applicable to the market you have selected:

• GBP for the United Kingdom;
• USD for the United States; and
• EUR for the European Union.

Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be displayed as required before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order is accepted for fulfilment.

If we discover an obvious pricing or product-information error, we may contact you to correct or cancel the affected order and provide a refund where payment has already been taken.

3. Orders

After payment is confirmed and your order is accepted, we send an electronic order confirmation. We also email recorded dispatch and tracking updates, cancellation notices, return acknowledgements and refund updates where relevant. A refund request or return acknowledgement is not confirmation that money has been returned. Order confirmations are not statutory tax invoices.

Order emails come from info@strypergolf.com. Private order links expire after seven days; you can request a fresh link using your order number and checkout email address. Keep those links private, as anyone with a valid link can access the associated order. These service messages are separate from marketing and are not controlled by your optional cookie choices.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• a product is unavailable;
• payment cannot be authorised;
• there is an obvious pricing or listing error;
• we cannot deliver to the supplied address; or
• we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.

4. Delivery

Delivery options, estimated times and charges are shown during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates unless we specifically agree otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, but if a significant delay occurs we will provide any remedies required by applicable consumer law.

5. Cancellations and returns

Your statutory rights are not affected by any separate commercial warranty we may provide.

7. Using Stryper products

Stryper products are golf training aids and should be used in accordance with the supplied instructions.

Always ensure that you have sufficient clear space to swing a golf club safely and that other people, animals and property are outside the swing and training area.

You are responsible for using products safely and appropriately.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful for us to do so.

8. Website use

You may use this website for lawful personal or business purchasing purposes.

You must not:

• interfere with the operation or security of the website;
• attempt unauthorised access to our systems;
• use automated systems to abuse or overload the website; or
• use website content in a way that infringes our or another person's rights.
